Problem with diagnostic mode on a Pentair IC-20

Hi All.
My Pentair IC-20 is connected to a Pentair Intellicenter. I am trying to get the cell into diagnostic mode (to see the life left on the cell) by holding the "more" button down, but that doesn't seem to work?
Am I missing something?

I also have a Pentair IC-20 connected to an Intellicenter and holding the more button down for 5+ seconds enters diagnostic mode.
