Hey everyone,

I need to replace my pressure gauge on my Hayward pump..is this something I can do or do I need someone from the local pool store? I have already bought the replacement. Didnt know if this is a DIY job :)

Thanks 😊

Definitely do it yourself. Just make sure to get the correct gauge based on how the current one is positioned, and have some Teflon tape handy for the threads when you screw it on. TFTeskit has some very nice gauges HERE. You can post a pic of your current gauge as well so everyone can see it.

Definitely DIY - I replaced ours last week in seriously like 5 minutes. The hubs normally all does all things pool equipment related but this I did on my own. Just borrowed his plumber's tape. The trickiest part was turning it tight enough so that it screwed in one more time to have it face up.
