Pressure gauge blew off and left threads

Right, so you are saying it will push it through? Or are you saying it will cut it up? Thanks for your expertise!
Looks like the Plastic filter housing has old tape or old Harveys seal in it and has a rusty color to it looking like brass. The old gauge looks like it has PTFE tape on it too. Can you take your smallest jeweler's screwdriver or a pick like suggested above to pick at the thread in the plastic filter housing to clean it up. If seal or old tape comes out or it is actually brass, this technique might be less likely to do damage than forcing a tap. If it does clean up, then the new gauge (if the thread is correct) should thread in there. Turn the valve counter clockwise until you feel the thread drop in and then start rotating it clockwise. This should prevent you from miss-threading or stripping the threads in the plastic. If it turns in 1-2 threads, take it out, put sealant on it (tape and Harvey's sealant), and then thread it back into the threads being sure to not over tighten.

It won't be easy, but you should be able to get the brass threads out.

If not, you might need to replace the multiport.

Check the gasket in the multiport as it is probably destroyed as well.

Check the pump for leaks because the seal is likely to be ruined.

Tab juice is a nasty, toxic, corrosive liquid and it will destroy everything it comes into contact with.

You could drop diamonds into tab juice and they would be oxidized into carbon dioxide.

Well, almost, but not quite.

Although, diamonds can be oxidized into carbon dioxide.

Should clean the threads and reform them. The fluted area of the tap is for collecting the material that is cut as the tap goes in. Needs to be turned in a turn or two then removed and cleaned for best results. If anything gets into the valve it can be cleaned out with a spray of water, the top is off.

The valve body is damaged, you can see the deformed threads. The tap should clean them up and allow a new gauge to fit well. Have done it on the drain plug on the pressure (volute or body) of a StaRite pump with success. Same 1/4" NPT threads. For $10.00 its worth a try.

What about using a small dowel wrapped with double sided tape on one end inserted into the threads to try and grab the stuck pieces of brass so you can unscrew them?
