I am sorry no one responded earlier. This fact sheet says that the Polaris 180, 280, and 380 need 28-32 PSI and that the 180 and 280 need 12 GPM while the 380 needs 15 GPM. All three should have wheel RPM of 28-32.
That's an interesting ROT, Malcomb. For years, my 380, w/ no restrictors installed, has turned at ~16 RPM. Works OK, but I guess it could be better. Got any idea how to troubleshoot the low PSI?
this is a start.......what size booster pump are you running? you need a minimum of 8gpm's for the cleaner flow. what size pipe? how far is the pipe run from booster pump to wall fitting? do you have pictures of the installation? no water bypass at the backup valve? no water bypass around the wall fitting or hose swivels?
