As I eagerly await the delivery of our second/new pool I'm OCDing everything and going over all the lists in my head. My hubby has read Leveling an agp in PS & made a water level. Not finding a few specifics in PS.
1. Should I test my tap water prior to fill? If so for what ?
2. How do those results help me when fill is complete?
Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I wasn't sure if I should do all future posts attached to my original 'Cloudy after rains' thread. If so please lmk and move as appropriate. Thanks!

1 - You can just to have an idea of what your local numbers are. Also an opportunity to practice the testing.
2 - Depends. A number would have to be exceptionally high/low to be a precursor for something. Remember tap water probably won't have CYA.

Once the pool is full, let it mix for about 30 min and grab/test your first sample. IF you have any questions let us know.

Ok cool. I probably won't bother then, unless I decide to test it out of curiosity. I've tested FC & CYA so many times I can and have done it in my sleep 😆 Good to know you guys always got my back! Thanks as always 😊
