Praher sand filter valve spider gasket

I have a Praher TM-12-L (1 1/2" pipe) diverter valve on my Sta-Rite sand filter that is leak out the waste port. I understand that I need to replace the spider gasket to repair. What I need to know is if the Praher E-12-S1 spider gasket the correct one for this valve.
I would like to have the correct gasket on hand before I disassemble the valve. The Amazon link below is unclear as which valves it is for.
