Pool water problem. I've tried everything!

OK. My FC levels have been stable for 3 days now.

Should I floc my pool? I have 3 - 1 quart bottles of Aquachem Sink & Sweep left over from last year. It seems to work pretty well in helping remove debris to the bottom.

Would it hurt anything to floc it?
 
I used floc yesterday, and let it sit overnight. Today I could actually see the bottom for the first time.

It took me an hour to vacuum to waste, but now the floor is clean.

Visibility is 50% better today. Still a little cloudy, but at least I can see the liner all around the pool.

The water is cloudy blue, and the milky white color is gone.
