Pool Snake Cleaner?

So growing up I would go to my Aunt and Uncles house and they had an above ground pool. They had a “snake” that attached to the return inlet and would blow a blue hose all over the place in the pool (it was able to reach every wall on the above ground pool). I’m assuming it was to help stir up the debris at the bottom of the pool.

I’ve got an above ground pool now at my house and I always get a lot of dirt/debris/pollen collection at the bottom of the pool. I’m looking to do this “pool snake” in my pool. I’ve got a 1.5” adapter for my return, now I’m stuck on what type of hose. I was looking at doing a 2” backwash hose and clamp it onto the adapter.

Anyone ever seen these or done this? What did you use?

Here’s a YT video showing kind of what I’m talking about.

Hmmm. With that thing flailing around, I’m wondering what that would do to your PH. I think I’d go for a robot if I were you - to pick up and remove the debris instead of just blowing it around.
