Pool sleeve repair

Hi folks,

I have an umbrella sleeve that popped out from the concrete...what's the recommendation on how to repair? The deck looks to be 3-4 inches deep and the sleeve definitely hits dirt. I can take some pics later this evening.

thanks Steve. the sleeve is in the pool deck and not in the pool.

I noticed the umbrella in the sleeve was tilting and took the umbrella out of the sleeve to find that the sleeve is loose (in the deck).

I am able to pull the entire sleeve out of the hole in the deck.

I am hoping I can put the sleeve back (vertical) and pour in cement to harden it up.

Epoxy or hydraulic cement, depending on the gap around the sleeve.

The sleeve is pvc. It seems the cement holding in the sleeve was compromised and no longer holds it in place. Some of the dirt inside the hole washed out so i need to backfill and re-seat the sleeve.

the umbrella fits snug/nicely in the sleeve.

Am looking for recommendations on how repair correctly. Thanks . Peter
