Pool Robots that don’t have a cord

Are there any pool robots that have a battery so that a hose or electrical cord are not necessary? I want to be able to have the pool robot run while using the pool. Thanks!

They have been tried and did not work well in the past.

There are some that show up in a Google Search, but none by the major suppliers. So buyer beware.

With batteries getting better all the time, it’s only a matter of time. The current batteries are plenty strong enough to run a poolbot, but they would be limited to an hour or less runtime. Not long enough to clean most pools.
