Pool remodel help N. Calif.

Hello ,

I'm in the process of remodeling my pool it is 17' x 37' rectangle shape.It is a fiberglass older pool. I have a ball park of what kind of equipment I have in mind I'm looking for any suggestions as far as equipment that would be good for my remodel. Pool eq. I had in mind Pentair 010118,Pentair Intellichlor IC40, Waterway filter 525 sqft.,Polaris 280 w/ booster pump , controls to run the pool have not decided. Thank you for your help in advance.

My only comment is that if you are trying to make your pool more energy efficient, stay away from pool cleaners with booster pumps. In fact, you might want to consider a robot since it does not require the pool pump to run at all to clean the pool.

While you don't "need" an automation system, if you do decide to get one your only real option is the EasyTouch which is designed to control the IntelliFlo and IC40.

In fact it is cheaper if you buy a "Bundle".. Where the EasyTouch comes with an internal SWCG power supply and the IC40 cell..

Thank you Jim I'm definitely going that route it just was seams a lot easier to buy the package.
