Hi All, I'm trying to replace my pool refill valve and it is stuck. I've tried about 5 different tools to loosen it but nothing even budges it. It's about 15 years old and needs replacing. If anyone has a suggestion about how I can unstick the valve I'd appreciate the advice. It's underwater. Thanks!
