hey, everyone. I am a homeowner who had a pool company (recommended by a couple friends) who re-textured our pool surround after re-plastering our pool surface. The texture is now stuck to the bottom of the pool after the plastered first, textured second and did not cover the pool for the texture. I was at work, and didn't see this for a couple days. now I have texture on my brand new plaster and wondering if anyone has any recs on how to clean this off. wire brushes don't even touch it. The pool company ghosted me for about a year before even wrapping up the job. Aggravated can't even begin to describe what I'm feeling right now. Thanks for any advice.

What product is the "texture"?
If the texture is some cement based stucco then it is not simply cleaning it off the plaster. It has chemically bound to the plaster.
