I'm planning on purchasing a Saftron railing for my steps. link to railing. No grounding required as it is aluminum w polymer coating. I want it to be removable for winter, so I need to drill approx. 2" diameter holes into the concrete deck and insert the anchors. I could install plastic anchors, but I'm thinking bronze ones would be sturdier. If I use bronze, would that mean grounding would be required? Thank you.
