After three pool seasons in NJ my first pool pilot cell was depleted. I generally open my pool in mid April and close in mid October. This means the cell really had ~21 months of run time. During the summer I run my pump for 12 hours a day just because my pool is surrounded by trees and I like a skimmed pool. In the heat of the summer I might have to turn the cell up to 60% to maintain chlorine.
Seems like a bunch of people here get more runtime out of a cell. Did I just have a bad cell or bad luck?
