Pool Opening

Well, ive read on on multiple threads that after times of high use where even a bump in the SWG output cant keep up . For instance if you have 20-25 kids splashing around all day. the SWG cant keep up, or even close in that case.. WOuld that not be a time to add some chlorine?
Yes that is exactly when :)

Ok... so at least im not crazy... I only bought 10 jugs... hot tub requires quite a bit of liquid bleach and starting up the pool for the first time should require quite a bit... im guessing ill use it :)
Nope!
Salt Water Chlorine Generators - Trouble Free Pool (bold mine)
" Chlorine demand will vary with the seasons and based on how many people are swimming in the pool. You should test your FC level weekly to see if you need to adjust the percentage setting. As you gain more familiarity with your pool, it may be possible to test a bit less often. Extremely hot weather, pool parties, and major storms may require that you manually add some chlorine to supplement the chlorine produced by the SWG. "
