pool math

I have been using the web version as I had windows 7, I upgraded it windows 10 and downloaded the app, its telling me I need a premium subscription which is no problem however I hit the upgrade and get nothing, how can I do this so I can use pool math. Am I doing something wrong. I do want to use a PC desktop version, not phone or mobile.
