I just downloaded the application to my laptop; I created the account and liked it (I think). I was able to enter tests results and maintenance. I went to add more maintenance items and is telling me that I need to upgrade. I try to upgrade, the window pops up but when I click the green button to upgrade, nothing happens. I tried logging out and back in, no success. Please assist.
