Pool Math Not Displaying Last Test

Hello

I am having an issue with pool math that I cannot figure out (iOS). Upon entering test values a log is created but the test value is not showing up under "last test". Initially it was occurring for just the pH field so I tried deleting and reinstalling, now it is for all fields.

Any tips on how to correct would be greatly appreciated - thank you.
