Pool Math Logs....gone!

Greetings,

Not sure where to post this but my logs that I was looking at 30 minutes ago are....gone, including today's entries. They went back to July, 2019. Last week I upgraded to a Pool Math subscription.

Anyone know what may have happened?

Disregard...they're all back of thier own volition. After having retired as a Network Administrator for 41 years I've seen stranger things...

I had a similar thing happen today. My apple app stores shows I paid the renewal, but the app does not. Any idea what to do?

Close the app and relog in. If that does not work, email [email protected] with your issue.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.

I wiil and when I was going to log out (and reboot to clear any residual cache) all logs were back.

Yes. Just click on your Member name and the Poolmath logs show up.
