So, I just got a new phone. When I tried to login to the Pool Math app, I entered my password incorrectly and somehow got to the "new pool" screen. Now I can't find any way to login and get the test results that I have logged in my account. How can I get back to the login screen so I can see all of my previous results?

Go to the upper left and touch the three dash lines. Then on the bottom is Sign In/Out.
If you entered data without being signed in, I do not believe it was stored.

Got it! I had to create a new pool first, and then the three lines appeared! I was able to login and all of my results appeared.
