When we turn the heater on for the pool or the spa the temperature will not Get above 83°. I looked at the graph in ScreenLogic and it appears that the heater is trying to bget above 83°. Did you verify the setting on the heater panel itself? Did the max temp get set to 83deg? Nor sure what heater you have but most have a max temp setting of 104deg. However this can be set to be lower so did it get lowered by mistake? Second, is your pool temp. lower than 83deg. If the heater is set at 83 and the pool temp is higher, then the heater will not exceed that.
