In the process of building pool and water was delivered two days ago. Today I noticed the pool had dropped several inches. My builder comes by and I start filling by hose, thinking nothing of it. Another worker comes by and he notices the water is leaking out through the hole where the pool lights were to be installed. Nothing is connected behind it...just backfill. They have already poured the concrete patio. I am furious and don't know what to do or how to handle this situation.
