Pool Liner sticker shock

In November of 2018 I bought a liner for $157.99 today the same liner, same site is $316.99. I knew that there would be a jump in price, but DOUBLE? My budget can't justify a new liner just because I want a prettier one at that price Even more against the budget is above said liner is overlap and I want to got to beaded, and those look to be closer to and over $500. I think my only project this spring is going to be moving the pool equipment and not also replacing the liner as I had hoped.

Curious why you need a new liner so quickly? My inground liner is 17 years old and still holds water. Quoted $7700 including labor for a replacement, so $317 is a drop in the bucket relatively.

I don't need one... I just wanted a different one. A literal waste of money, I am very aware

On top of the cost, many patterns have beem unavailable or severely back ordered for a while now.

You are fortunate that its not an emergency, or you would be overpaying for another liner you probably didnt like. Seeing how you don't like it, it will last for 20 years and be the best $160 you ever spent.
