So im getting my remodel done in a few weeks. The fist homeowner plastered over the pool light. Company wants to charge me $1700 for replacing the spa light and $1900 for installing pool light (plus extra depending on why the light was plastered over). Both lights are hayward 12v.
So i can get both lights with a transformer for $1100 total. What else would i need for the pool light sinceits plaster over? Niche and mud ring?
The patch job over the light has a slight dome shape to it. So they may have just patched over the existing light.
