Hi All. We had quite a bit of travertine decking installed and on plaster day the guys gouged/scraped the new travertine with a wheelbarrow for about 12 feet across several tiles. PB said he would replace but don’t trust them to get the right color (history) and I don’t want a patch of mismatch. Can’t I sand this out gently somehow? Attached are sample of gouges and finished pool pic (just because I haven’t posted it yet) :)

Ouch! Welcome to TFP.

I doubt those gouges will sand out and look good. The stone would need to be ground down. You can have someone try since if it does not work then you are back to having the PB replace the stones.
