I paid about that for 10' sticks of 1-1/4" PVC conduit last weekend. Almost walked away but I didn't want to put that project off any longer. Last time I looked for it they were completely out.

I had gone to HD to pick up another 90 sweep and was going to get some more pipe, just in case. But then I saw the outrageous price and decided I would just have to go back if we needed it. I am now debating if to use conduit for the electrical between the house or use direct burial.

On the plus side, I was over the moon happy to buy 2X4s for $4 last week. They were $12 a piece not that long ago.
