I went to put my heater on for the spa for the first time in years. The red light says service. The screen says alarm status five alarms. I just shut the breaker off and will turn it on to see if it resets anything. The unit is 11 years old. Any thoughts?

After not running for years the HP is likely low on refrigerant.

Pentair ultra temp. After I turned the breaker back on , it went through a check of the water temp then the unit came on. Then it went through a 5 minute startup delay. Then it shut off. The screen on the heater says the spa temp is set for 104 and the water temp is 104 so it isn’t running. I tried to press the menu button, the pool spa button and the arrows on the heater screen and it must be set to only run from the automation panel. The inside unit says the pool water temp is 87 and the heater is set for 96.

What automation panel do you have?
If the HP is controlled by automation you should not be using the HP control panel.
