Hello,
I have a bestway above ground pool 12x20. I noticed a faded area on the bottom of about 1 square foot, at the center there is a small spot where I can see the mesh of the material. I don't mind about the aestethic I'm just concerned that it might rip off. Any ideas, suggestions?
Thank you

Is the mesh area small? You might be able to place an underwater patch to get you through the season.

Is the compromised area near where you add chlorine? If using liquid chlorine, make sure you pour slowly in front of return so it disperses quickly.

The mesh area is about 3 inch in diameter, the area around it is faded and the mesh is slighly visible there. That area is where a chlprine tablet sat for a few days, I had a guy who threw it into the pool.

Ok, you can try a patch. Look for a patch kit that uses underwater glue, and follow instructions. Good time to get out the snorkeling equipment!
