The builder did not say anything about brushing until start up, but I am reading that I should be brushing from fill up. The issue is the EQ is not running and there are not chemicals as start up is tomorrow?
Pool filled yesterday, start up not until tomorrow, should I be brushing the pebbletec now or wait until tomorrow.

It never hurts to brush the pool. The objective of brushing during startup is to keep the plaster dust in solution and not depositing and harding on the surfaces.

Ok, but the pump/filter is not running. Thank for the compliment! Wife loves it, me meh, should have gone darker pebble finish.

Even more important with no water circulation to stir up the water and plaster dust with your brushing.
One, last question, brushing all the plaster without the filter/pump on is not gonna cause it to plate on the tile line? Just want to be sure.
