Pool Fence with pavers and dirt

Anyone have any success with a pool fence (for small kid safety) when their decking is pavers.
Pool is not built yet, so I am guessing under my pavers will be dirt/sand.

Anyone have anything that has worked, either something temporary, or something that was hammered into the ground?

I would think you would need to place footers under the pavers in the locations where the fence posts would be so that you have something to anchor into.

But, perhaps there is some clever product out there I am not aware of.

Removable barriers can be installed in pavers.

The post cups, are recommended to be placed in a conduit.
This info can be easily found.
