Had originally Kool deck, was painted over few times. Pressure cleaning takes some paint off. Would really like product over this that lasts, looks nice and not hot. Any suggestions?

depending how much money you want to spend...... there isnt much more than a cool deck or similar product that is easily applied and somewhat reasonably priced. The alternative, you could havce your existing deck ground down and then apply a new concrete product top on it. Its not a DIY project. There are several YouTube videos about it.
And then there is this... I only found it on YouTube, no idea how well it works. But it looks promising.
