Looking for a good pool contractor to finish my fiberglass pool remodel in Northern California(bay area). Pool contractor that I have my now is a flake and looking to go in different direction . It's been five months since we signed the contract to do the work and still not completed. Been to my house once in the last 30 days. Any suggestions will greatly appreciated.

Makes a happy think into a sad time for sure.
The first thing you need to do is make sure you CAN get someone else to finish the job. If you signed a contract you may be bound to it. There are ways to get out of contracts but you have to follow the process or risk being sued. I think you need to talk to a lawyer. Once you have the "all clear" let us know.
