Pool Closed with Low Alkalinity

Today Pool guys closed the pool and mash cover is now on. Though my FC at SLAM level of 12 ppm. and pH - 7.5, TA - 50 what should be my alkalinity levels should be?

How to add baking soda, PQ60 with mash cover on? May be mix in water and drop it on the cover...

Leave the TA alone. It will be fine. No way to add Poly now though without the system running. Fingers crossed for consistent cold water temps ASAP.
