Looking to include a pool chiller on new pool currently getting quotes on. Question being, it appears it is in-line with the filter/heater. So I would assume that you could set it up so that you could use the chiller on either the pool, or just on the spa. Seems you could turn your spa into a cold plunge with your pool chiller. Any special setup requirements? Can this work?

The chiller cools the water running through the system. It doesn’t care if the water is routed to the pool or spa.
