I have been using the pool calculator for several years and I like it...My latest pool number as of today are...salt level 3400...free chlorine 11.... PH 8....alkalinity 90...cyanuric acid 60...calcium hardness 475......The pool calculator says that scaling is likely the CSI is 0.44 scaling likely....What am I doing wrong why does it say scaling likely?

Are you using PoolMath or another "pool calculator"?

Water temperature factors into the CSI calculation. What is your water temp?

pH should be in the 7's, 8 is too high. Bring it down to 7.6-7.8 - after your FC is 10 or less.
Remember, pH reading isn't accurate when FC level is greater than 10.

Your linked PoolMath logs are over 2 years old. Enter and safe your latest results into PoolMath.

Pool calculator is run by someone else.
TFP oversees PoolMath so it is the only one we can really assist you with.
Calculators aside - here’s some info on csi
