Here is what i would do... JUst like your option 1, you plumb a pipe with holes in it, and bury it in stone. Rather then plumb it into your pool pump, you install a 2nd pool pump 3/4 or 1hp Hayward superpump would be great. Use thus pump year round to remove water...That looks like a lot of water for a small sump pump.
Install a timer on your watertable pump and run it few hours a day, or how ever much you need.
