Pool Build NW Austin, TX

Promised to force concrete sub to fix all

This is what sends shivers up my spine! There is no telling who the sub tries to use to save money  Or how he tries to cheap out on the replacement windows and such. You will really have to be an active component in this mess. Is it fair?? NO! But they will not take care of you if you do not make them do it all on the up and up! Permits on EVERYTHING and "real skilled trades" to do the work.

Like Cliff says............pics of it all with details noted. Is any of the roof damaged or just dirty?

Two glass doors replaced already today, four windows on order. The patio floor was already being coated to match decking, but deck wood needs to be restained, concrete on windows removed with solvent, fans replaced, and concrete on limestone somehow removed.

but on to positives, watering the shell three times a day, coping and tile perhaps in two weeks

Make sure to ask any and all questions you might have no matter how small! We have all been where you are at one point.

Ask your Pb what test kit he will be providing so we can fill in any holes.

That is really coming along nice!

Okay lets talk about those blue valves. They make me sad :( Those can become brittle over time and break. There are much better valves that can be rebuilt if needed. Here is one example: Google Express This is just the first one I grabbed. There are others.
