Hi Everyone- we had a inground pool put in last year and it really wasn’t a positive experience. It took a few months from start to finish and the contractor seemed to rush with the project whenever they were here.
I had to finish around to pool this year and redo some of the plumbing that didn’t even make it a year. None the less here I am with a functional vinyl liner pool.
Today it looks like the pool wall is collapsing in and the vinyl liner is being stretched. I just noticed it when the pool was being closed by a different company. Any ideas on why this would happen, and should I expect it to rip the liner or just look ugly? How indepth of a repair is something like this?
The guys who built the pool used a sand and Portland+ lime base that they packed in place dry and applied water with a hose (mist). Then immediately set the vinyl liner.
