Pool and spa water testing

I have a pool and a standalone spa. Both are salt starting this season. I am trying to buy a test kit from TFTestkits but had questions that I wanted answered before I ordered. I did not get a response from TFTestkits for my third question via email and their voicemail is full. I was hoping someone here could answer my questions. First - Can I use the same test kit for both the pool and spa? Second - Can I use the same chemicals for both the pool and spa albeit in much smaller amounts? And my third question can probably only be answered from TFTestkits - The "TF-Pro *Salt with SmartStir-for pools with SWG" has as its first item in the contents list "SpeedStir* (not SmartStir)". Is SmartStir included? What is the difference between SpeedStir and SmartStir?

Yes. The perform the same function. They are different in shape.
