Polaris UWF replacement, Hex or flush mount

After turning on the booster for my Vac Sweep 360 today, I heard a squealing noise from the quick connector. At first glance it looked like I put in crooked somehow. But actually one of the tabs in the UWF had broken off.

With a short bit of searching I found the official part # to be 6-500-00, but this part has a hex rim while mine is flush mount.

Is there a flush mount version available or did the installers the previous owner used just hacksaw the hex off?

Mine has a hex design on it and actually is better because you can grip it to turn it. That part screws to the mating PCV pipe.

I think someone sawed off the hex end. The removal tool should be able to grab it by the inner plastic and unscrew it.
