Noticed my Polaris not cleaning the pool well. All wheels spin - but if I put ANY resistance on the front right brush - the wheels stop.

If I do that on the left - they keep spinning - although click and don't like it.

So obviously something is not right about it... Found a breakdown video - looks easy to disassemble... Just not sure what part I might need to buy

I think you'll have to follow the video and start taking the Quattro apart until you see what's wrong. If you're lucky, it'll be obvious. One time I found a long thread wrapped around and around one of the rolling parts. That was an easy fix. Good luck.

Did you ever figure this out, mine was doing the same thing. I started with replacing both turbines because the one side definitely had chewed up teeth but it is still doing it. Moving on to the draft shaft.

Mine did the same thing. The plastic gears wear out after a while. I purchased both right and left front brush assembly on Amazon. Fixed the problem!
I wish I had a 3d printer. I have replaced so many parts that have plastic gears that wear out on this cleaner.
