Polaris PB4-60 normal operating sound loud

I turned on my PB4-60 for the first time yesterday and it seems quite loud. I have googled and haven't found any videos where people posted what normal operating sound was. This is a brand new unit. Any thoughts would be appreciated. If this is a normal sound please let me know I'm an idiot OCD'ing over nothing!

Thank you I'm having pb replace/check water flow to it. First pool so didn't know what to expect!
