Polaris P825 track adjustment

My Polaris P825 started dropping a track about a year ago. I switched tracks from side to side, and it still dropped the track on the same side. I also bought two brand new tracks and they also drop from that side. I am assuming the wheels need to be adjusted, but can’t see any easy adjustment for that. Is there a way to tighten the track?

Rick, welcome to TFP! Sorry to see your question has sat for this long with no reply. Let's try to get it moving. First, are you still having the same problem? If so, we can ping a member or two who may know more about the Polaris track issue.

Rick, you may have alread tried this (below), but also take a look at those 3 links below. One of them I couldn't open while on the server I'm using, but maybe one of these will help.

Make sure that the track is set UNDER the two bumpers on each side to ensure it is held in appropriately. While the track may still appear loose, this is ok. If the track falls off multiple times and you notice it comes off of the same side, switch the tracks onto the opposite side and run the cleaner in Floor mode a few times before using it again in Floor and Wall mode.
