Hello, This is my first time here. So glad I found you! I bought this house last March. The Polaris came with the pool. A couple of weeks ago I went to turn it on and I got no power to the control unit at all. I called the manufacturer and was told the warranty is non-transferable so now before spending money I would like to see if there is something I can do. It is a P825 Robotic Pool Cleaner. Any help would be great. Thanks a bunch.

Thank you Cowboycasey for helping me out. I have the manual already but it is of no help. It talks about error codes but not about no power getting to the unit at all. I have also already watched all the YouTube videos about the Polaris to which none have been of any help to me. Thank you again for reaching out. Someone may but most of the time people take them in to get them fixed.. very few take them apart and even fewer have the now how to fix them.. The repair manuals are company close hold documents so we have to take them in to get them fixed.. They do not make money if we can fix them ourselves...
If you take it to Leslie’s, they will diagnose it for you. Repairs are crazy expensive, like 1/2 the price of a new one. A DIYer would likely fare better, but still, take it to them to diagnose problem.
