One of the wheels on my Polaris robot stopped working. I had to open the T shaped motor block to make the repair, it ended up being an easy fix.

Unfortunately, now the motor block keeps leaking. It works for a bit then i get error code 02 or 03. When i open the motor housing back up there is a good amount of water inside.

I can't tell if it's leaking from around the large o-ring that surrounds the whole housing or perhaps the lock nut on the one wheel that i had to open to make the repair.

Just wondering if anyone has had to open up a polaris motor in this way and if you were able to get it watertight again.

Coincidentally, I have the same problem. The water leakage has seized up the motor on one side. I don't know if it has affected the control board or not. I have been trying to find the motor component to order without much success. I may have to order the entire motor assembly for $550. That's after dropping $400 for a new cable earlier in the season. I'm still trying to find the individual, internal components for sale.
