Polaris 9300-- dead

Towards the end of last season I purchased a Polaris 9300 cleaner at an auction for a whole $2. While I didn't need it I though tit may be good as a backup or extra. Surprise, surprise, the cleaner didn't work when plugged in. Overall it doesn't look to be in bad shape and has a caddy.

Any thoughts with what to do with the unit? Is it just more trash or is there any value to it?

List it on eBay for parts, auction only and buyer pays shipping. I'm sure someone would buy it for $50.

Find a local shop and ask them (or pay them) to give it a look. At least they can tell you if it is repairable and what it might cost.
