After putting my pool cleaner in the water it will clean for 5 to 10 mins and then the wheels stop turning and it face plants. If I pull it up and spin the wheels it starts turning again only to stop again in 5-10 minutes. This is only the 3rd summer I’ve used it.

I did just have to fix my sand filter laterals since sand was getting into the pool. I thought maybe some sand got in the wheels and rinsed it out but didn’t work. Not sure if I didn’t get it all out or if it’s something else.

Any ideas?

I have a 360 but probably similar.....I would open it up and see the Jet Retainer and/or the hose clamp around it. I had a loose hose clamp once and also some debris / pine needles stuck inside the jet retainer. Not really complicated to disassemble / assemble so worth a try.

Belt driven wheels right?
Its likely as said a blockage or possibly belt slipping. I don't have a 380 but if its slipping, there may be a way to adjust belt tension.
Checked your RPMS to verify they are within spec?
