Dear Helpful TFP Forumers,
My Polaris 380 is giving me trouble. Specifically, the rear of my pool cleaner is slightly raised off the ground. As a result the machine does not pick up debris.
Photos of my problem can be found by clicking the links below. The photos were taken with the Polaris still. The booster pump was off. However, the Polaris’ position with regard to the pool bottom looks quite the same when the booster pump is on. The Polaris will move about the pool spinning all wheels and wagging its tail with the booster pump on, but since the back is raised it is ineffective in doing its job.

This is not a new Polaris. I have used it for a number of years without problem. My pool was opened for the season a few weeks ago and the cleaner was functioning then. Now it has suddenly developed this problem.
Any ideas?
