I rebuilt my 360 from a kit (with tires) and did not see any improvement. I halfway figured I had done something wrong. 3-4 weeks later my pump motor died. I luckily found a replacement locally and stuck it in. To my delight it also made the 360 run like a new one. I did not know motors slowed down with age? or just before failure? but I thought I would pass on my experience.
